The Emergency Ban on Flavored E-Cigarettes; What’s Next?

In case you are anything like me, you do not actually care what E-Cigarette flavors the government decides to make legal, and then view it make its way into the hands of the general public. I am sure there are some people who are really that concerned, and have stood up for his or her rights to choose what flavors they want to used Vape Pen in their vaporizer. However, if you are an American citizen who is over the age of 18, you have a right to vote.

It might sound crazy but there are many illnesses associated with carbon monoxide smoke, including cancer, and everyone should want to quit smoking. There are plenty of toxins found in secondhand tobacco smoke that can cause lung disease, depression, anxiety, weight gain and several other negative side effects. If people start smoking, they tend to inhale so much smoke that they will only have one lung after the first few cigarettes. Vaping flavors like Blueberry Blast, Fruit Colada or Grapefruit Temptations won’t increase the level of smoke inhaled, but it will definitely increase the level of vapor made by the e Cigarette.

The reason why the government has made a decision to place a ban on the sale of these kinds of E-Cigarettes is because they’re addictive, and smokers should not be made to feel great about themselves for smoking. They just don’t have the willpower to stop, no matter how hard they try. The flavors you can buy for your vaporizers are there so that you can puff away while you are reading the paper or doing the laundry. The ban on flavors like Blueberry Blast and Fruit Colada was meant to curb the abuse of vaporizers and e Cigarettes round the country.

In line with the FDA, the ban on flavored e Cigarettes is here to “give a healthy alternative for consumers who are increasingly concerned about the public health crisis.” There have been reports through the years that e Cigarettes are more addictive than traditional cigarettes. Children may also be becoming regular smokers as they do not want to lose out on all the fun of enjoying all the new vaporizer flavors aside from blueberry and cherry. The FDA has taken an obvious stance in dealing with the new York City health department’s need to ban flavored vaporizers.

Most teens usually do not desire to quit their cool cigarettes just to follow the example set by the doctors in New York City. They crave the flavors of their favorite candy and chocolate and would walk out their way to purchase their favorite flavors. The FDA is dealing with the manufacturers of e-Cigarettes, not teens.
